Cost: $10 to pre-register. $15 on the day of the event. Pre-registration will be turned off on 10/27/23 at 4 PM.
Rules: Entrants will receive a participant number which much be worn so that it is visible to the judges. Pets must be leashed at all times. Each pet must have his/her own adult walker. Entrants must gather at the costume contest area (by the stage) by 4:15 p.m. Contest starts at 4:30 p.m. Judges’ decisions are final. Prizes for top three costumes!
